Hi,

regarding general problems with ISA-PnP cards:

I have two IsaPnP-cards and I could only make them work nicely, after
I reserved some IRQs for "Legacy ISA" in the BIOS (Award). I do not
have any non-pnp isa cards.

Without that either (Creative ViBRA16X PnP and a NE2000-PnP compatible
card, RTL8019) would not be initialized properly or assigned a
wrong irq.

I still found isapnp to work a _lot_ better than in Linux (which did
not have isapnp kernel-support at all before 2.4.x)
