Right, so the mechanism by which it does this is effectively the SAME
as running w/ `options INSECURE'.

The point is that the way XFree86 communicates with graphics devices is
*fundamentally* insecure, and until XFree86 fixes their software, it's
better to make its insecure nature explicit.
