In addition to rpc_clnt.c which Frank fixed this morning, at least the
following need to #include <string.h> to get prototype for memset and
memcpy:

	rpc_dg.c
	rpc_vc.c
	rpc_soc.c

There may be more!  :)

Not sure why, but this doesn't generate any errors on i386, only on
alpha (as far as I know).
