Isn't this maximum number of nfsd's perhaps a little restrictive?
One rule of thumb I've seen is 2 nfsd's per spindle - I could
quite imagine that there are NetBSD NFS servers with more than
10 spindles being exported.

It's also somewhat against the "here's enough rope to hang yourself
with" principle...
