Well, the domestic files are back now.  But they came with release-allsrc...
(they might have come with release-security too, but by the time the sup
process got to that set, they were already here from the -allsrc set...)

While this works fine for me, this will cause trouble for people who don't
need or want the domestic stuff.  (And even with the changes in regulations
in the US, there might still be some countries where it's illegal to import
crypto stuff...)
