Anyone running that snapshot or -current of about that vintage and using
netatalk successfully?  Most specifically on i386.

I had a working netatalk setup on some 1.3-ish machine that I then upgraded
to 20000314 and netatalk stopped working.  atalkd will start, after some time,
and while doing so, the machine will seem to disappear off the network until
atalkd finishes initializing, and then all will be well.  At that point,
'nbprgstr -p 4 hostname:Workstation' will just time out and not succeed.

Built new netatalk binaries out of pkgsrc and have the same symptoms.

all clues appreciated.
