Hm. Okay. Unutterably evil thing number one: Ignore the atalkd script, or
expand the kill_atalkd function to actually kill everything, so that
"restart" and "stop && start" work. I took the "kill" stuff from my old
rc.shutdown.local script, which never had to worry about stuff wanting to
start afterwards. It only killed those things that needed clean killing
to prevent old MacOS machines (7.x, anyway) from crashing when the server
went away.

Oh well.
