Hi,

I disabled these three programm in the crypto-intl.

Why?

Because we don't have a popper programm in the non crypto tree and
there was no discussion about to add it.

kx and kxd can't live in the crypto-intl tree because we don't link
programms in our base source tree with X11 libraries.
