Hi Manuel,

I just did 'ctrl-alt-del' several times and it
has no affect on the laptop. It still hangs on
that same line.

Anything else I should try?

Could you try to enter ddb from here ?
'ctrl-alt-del'.
If you can get a db> prompt type 'tr' and tell us what it says.
