I've added Bill Paul's FreeBSD driver for the CATC USB-EL1201A chip.
This driver handles the following adapters:
           Belkin F5U111
           CATC Netmate
           CATC Netmate II

NOTE!!  This driver has not been tested in NetBSD since I don't have the
hardware.  If you do, please try it and tell me what happened.
