Greetings everyone,

This weekend I was setting up a new build environment and the scripts
to go with it. While doing this, I got to thinking...with the recent
moves of bind and ipf to src/dist, shouldn't some of the other core
packages like sendmail, dhcp, and even tcpdump also follow suit
(keeping the necessary, minimal tree to build from there)? Just
curious, since we seem to have two different standards going on here
on the source tree structure.
