Pardon me for a possibly stupid user question, but...

One of the reasons NetBSD ships with the man pages in source form is
so that, in theory, we can print nicely-formatted man pages in
Postscript.  How exactly does one do this?  I hear it's done with
troff(1), but I can't figure it out from the manpage.
