Yah.  It looks like Klaus nuked some lines towards then end of the file
when fixing up multiple includes protection.  Do a cvs diff and add back
the two lines at the end.

I woulda sent a PR last night (I saw this yesterday), but I was way busy
and gave up on it, and today I forgot. 8-)
