   I had the same experience under NetBSD-1.4P.
   I try and error, tlp driver works for me.

   tlp driver clear sleep mode.but,do not clear for 21143.

   My dmesg messages is below:

I can't speak for the cardbus code, but the provided patch for the pci
version was a success with my test kernel.  Thank you very much.  A PR
should probably be written and these patches probably should be commited.
