Hmm - is there a config option that says 'disable this option'?

	If so we could have a GENERIC-NOSOFTDEP which just includes
	GENERIC and then disables the SOFTDEP code.

	As long as we build and ship both then everyone should be happy.

	When Kirk is happy with softdep and changes the licence,
	GENERIC-NOSOFTDEP just goes away.
