"mere aggregation" aside, yeah.  Note that RMS has sometimes said that you're
allowed to distribute the rest of the code under any no-more-restrictive
terms.

Note also that you're welcome to distribute the other code under other
licenses *too* - you merely have to make the GPL an option.
