I saw the same on 1.4.1/alpha and 1.4.1/sparc, however, I wrote it off to
my stupidity.  Same situation - netbooting a machine, exporting more than 
one filesystem, and I get the "can't change attributes for /a/b/c".  I
never really chased it.
