Hi folks...

I've gotten the 21142/21143 working, at least minimally, in my `tlp' driver.
Performance is pretty good, using SIA and SYM media.  I'll do MII media
soon, but it's going to require another round of the rototiller to get
it right (sigh, chip ... too ... flexible :-).

I seem to have broken Macronix support in the process, however, so I'm not
going to commit it until I get that worked out.  Appended below is some
dmesg output for your enjoyment.
