Hi,

I've added support to our eap driver so that it should now be
able to handle both ES1370 (the old AudioPCI) and ES1371 (AudioPCI97).

I don't have either of these card, so I'd be happy to hear reports
on how it works.

The ES1371 support was taken from OpenBSD and written by Ezra Story.
