Folks:
	I've submitted bugs in recent past but haven't gotten any
	confirmation that they have been recieved.  I also note that
	the last message I got on the bugs mailing list is dated 10/13.

	Is GNATS alive, and if so, is there a reason it isn't sending out
	email?
