If you are using the MIDI port on your SB16 card you need to update
your config file a little.
Old:
    midi* at sb?
New:
    mpu* at sb?
    midi* at mpu?

The reason for the change is to make the MPU driver more
independent of what it is attached to.  Now you can use
old MPU401 cards on the ISA bus.
