For testing purposes, I'd try out using www.freenet6.net's service,
which will get you some addresses you can temporarily play with.

For more permanent purposes, you should find a 6bone upstream in
Europe -- check out www.6bone.net for more information on how to do
that.

Within a few months, RIPE will be allocating v6 address space for
real, but for the moment, the 6bone space is more than sufficient for
tests.
