I've brought down a small change from the UBC project branch onto
the mainline, mostly to make it easier for developers to run the
UBC branch.

The change adds two members to the `uvmexp' structure, which means
that e.g. top(1) and vmstat(1) need to be recompiled after the next
time you update your sources.
