Allowing users to have the option to send in system stat tracking info
would be a great idea.  I don't even think that we'd need to make it any
sort of option for which people are prompted.  It would just be one of
those things which if you knew about it, you could enable it via
/etc/rc.conf.  From there people can debate whether or not it gets
incorporated as some prompted option during sysinst, but I think having a
standardized facility in place would be a good thing.
