Now, finally, something in this discussion that makes sense!  Yes,
by all means, this soundsl ike a _very_ good idea!  Perhaps we could
also add a "-m <size>" option to implement Curt's recently added size
limitation?  And some other flag to indicate whether root or the user
owns his/her crontab file?
