   strategy fall under the 'poor planning' department?

see "i've never done it".  i agree.  but that doesn't mean it isn't
required at times.
   
   Yeah, I know, "just because it's not something you'd want to do doesn't
   mean it's something thac is not doable", but still.

there exist muiltiple reasons why you might want to do this, and there
are also mulitiple real-world examples of people who *do* do this.
