This was discussed a few days ago on the toasters list.

NetApp produce the cards they use now themselves. In their early models,
they used a special-made EISA card from a company that sold ISA
cards.

They guys at NetApp couldn't really think of any company that just
sells plain NVRAM / battery-backed memory cards.
