hi folks!

i've just removed all support for Mach VM from the NetBSD source tree.
the header files in /sys/vm/vm*.h are still there as UVM uses some of
these and i have not looked into what is/isn't needed.

you should _not_ notice any change; i have just removed code that has
been dead in NetBSD for a few months now. however, the chances of
something breaking are not zero as i've changed every ports pmap.c,
machdep.c and then some, that i'm not able to test. i have verified
that the kernel and changed userland builds on both pmax and sparc.

you will see these changes in the next sup.

please log any problems you encounter with send-pr(1)!

thanks!
