It's harmless.

The boot blocks now have a way to pass the BIOS geometry info to the
kernel, which attempts to match it up with the disks *it* finds so
that sysinst can set up geometries in such a way that the bios and the
kernel agree on what they are..

You're running with old bootblocks which don't set this up.
