Do enough people honestly log in as root often enough to care?  I
may be lacking some insight, but I would think that a large enough
percentage the NetBSD userbase is capable of changing the root shell, exec
a new root shell, or just dealing with the shell they're in long enough to
fix whatever problem there is.  If we care this much about what shell you
get, then wouldn't it make sense to get rid of the message that says
"Don't login as root, use the su command."  ?

	What about some actual changes:

	PAM support[0]?
	Replacing rc with a modular system like rc.d[1]?

	I'm not from ``here,'' but I have seen a lot of NIH in these
parts.  There really is good stuff coming from other projects.  IMO,
history is for CVS repositories.  Is there a good argument against PAM or
modular rc scripts?

[0] There was a discussion about this, don't know where it went.
[1] Yeah, it's SysV like, but it's *really* nice to have a clear place
    where a start-up should start something, being able to stop it in the
    same place, and being able to actually test a startup script without
    rebooting.
