I've just hammered this driver to fit into 1.3 kernels. It
suffers from the missing MII framework, thus autonegotiation
will not set the card to full-duplex automatically. (It's
not worse than other drivers in 1.3 in this respect...)
It got some basic testing with a 3c900b Combo so far.
If there is interest, I can make it available via
anonymous FTP.
