I am having trouble converting ARM source code to use with
NetBSD, specifically finding a delay function, and a
function to determine how many chars are in the serial port
buffer. Do you have any ideas/hints?

Also, do you know where I can find references regarding
explainations for functions, etc, for C source code used by
NetBSD, including GNN C. I have the odd (but not extensive)
book, but what would be useful is a HTML source for quick
browsing (also, in South Africa, posted overseas books take
AGES to arrive!).

Much thanks
