Did make includes, make cleandir then make/make install in libc, and
in ftp. Also I rebuilt all the libraries used by ftp. (libutil/termcap)
A simple test program that does a gethostbyname works fine. Telnet
works, ftp doesn't. I will do a make build to get fully -current.
(my userland is currently jan 11, todays kernel and libc)
