"Sort of..."  I have a 3com Etherlink III LAN+Modem card (3C562D/3C563D).
It works under -current but not 1.3.x.  Both functions work, but only one
at a time (to use the modem I have to "ifconfig ep0 down", for example).
So it's not perfect but it does what I need it to.
