I'm trying to get netatalk running, and want to play with the troff2ps
support. netatalk wants to call a troff2ps program with two options, "-Z
-O-.10". I'm wondering how to do that with groff.

That these options are: -Z attempt to coalesce strings of characters into
one drawing request, and -O adds a page X offset of -0.10.

Obviously I want groff -Tps -C, but I'm not sure what else. Suggestions?
