Here's a dmesg excerpt from an i386 machine running -current just supped
barely an hour ago.

isapnp0: read port 0x203
isapnp0: <PnP Sound Chip, @@@1001, , > port 0x220/16 irq 5 drq 1,0 not configured
isapnp0: <PnP Sound Chip, @H@1001, , > port 0x388/8 not configured
isapnp0: <PnP Sound Chip, @P@1001, , > port 0x200/8 not configured
isapnp0: <PnP Sound Chip, @X@1001, , > port 0x330/2 irq 9 not configured

What would be the recommended patch to have this recognized properly?

This thing cost me $6 at Fry's, and the label claims it is a "Inland ALS 100"
but the box says it is a "Procomp S271". The compatibility items listed are:
    Adlib
    SB Pro
    SB 16
    Yamaha OPL-3 FM / OPL-4
    MPU-401 UART MIDI
