By the way I noticed that the texi files and texinfo.tex in
usr.sbin/amd/doc are broken.  amd2netbsd script is to be
modified.  $NetBSD$ id is commented out by @c directive in
texi files.  For texinfo.tex, $Revision$ conflict should be
fixed.
