What is the hold up? At one point, when cvs.netbsd.org was also either
mail.netbsd.org or ftp.netbsd.org (I've forgotten which), we had a limited
amount of server muscle, and I gathered that that was why we didn't allow
anon CVS. Is that the hang up, or are there other concerns too?
