Well, if you've got access to a Mac you might try "disk-spy".  It formats 
and dumps the Mod Pages.  I don't recall offhand excatly where I found 
it, but an Archie (or Anarchie on the Mac) should turn it up.  If anyone 
is interested in trying it and they can't find it I think I have a copy 
someplace.
