I've committed changes to the libtool pkg, and the six pkg PLISTs that use
the libtool pkg, that stop the installation of the `.la' files by libtool.

If you already have the libtool pkg installed, pkg_delete it, and when it's
rebuilt as a dependency, it will have the new functionality.
