I finally build a custom kernel for my notebook to install 1.3.2
(it needed PCMCIA tweaking)
I was right... if you do the allocations in megabytes, then the rounding
may cause the partitions to overlap.
  In megabytes, it says:

part	size	offset	end
a	350	100	450
b	100	450	550

  In sectors, it says:

a	717696	205632	923328
b	205632	922320	1127952

  In cylinders, it is:

a	712	204	916
b	204	915	1119

It appears that the rounding to deal with putting things on cylinder
boundaries isn't working quite right.

Is there a way to test sysinst with fake geometry on a host without
screwing up the host?
