Naw. Sendmail has been used, to describe the sendmail source base
without being a trademark of Sendmail Inc. for long enough that I have
trouble imagining Sendmail Inc. making a trademark infringement suit
stick. Of course, just suing would pretty much trump us, since few
of us have the time or money to fight a trademark battle. :'(

In any case, I think we should start thinking about making Sendmail a
package and coming up with an alternate solution. Sendmail is an
evil beast, and we would be better off without it, if only there were
a viable alternative. Unfortunatley, I don't consider qmail, MMDF or
that mailer Erik mentioned to be much of an improvement. Sigh.
