Still working or fine tuning my new laptop with NetBSD 1.3 on it...
When I login as root, i can ping, telnet, rlogin, and ftp to a remote
host, but when I login as a user, I can ping and rlogin to the remote
host, but NOT telnet.

Below is the result of ping and telnet when I login as a user and NOT
root.

$ ping dream
PING dream.future.net (204.130.134.1): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 204.130.134.1: icmp_seq=0 ttl=254 time=4237.238 ms
...
$ telnet dream
dream: Unknown host
