Subject: How fast is a StrongARM at 233 MHz?

I'm thinking about bying a "CATS" StrongARM evaluation board (see 
http://www.chaltech.com) because it already runs NetBSD and has all
the features I need to replace a very old i386 system.

Just to give me a rough idea, what speed should I expect from a 233 MHz 
StrongARM SA110 processor?
