I went through all the different KDE packages and deleted all the old
patches.  If I try to do a complete install from /usr/pkgsrc/x11/kde, it
still does not do the patches right.  Oh, yes, I did do a 'make clean'
before I tried it again.

By going through each package one at a time and doing a 'make && make
install' I was eventually able to get them all installed.  Then, I went
into /usr/pkgsrc/x11/kde, and did a 'make && make install' to register it.
