please run this from ddb:

db> call uvmhist_dump(pdhist)
[ ... ]
db> call uvmhist_dump(maphist)


and post the output of those two.  that will show all UVM histories.
(i hope to have something better than this shortly that will show them
all for you, combined and sorted by time...)
