Hi--

I filed a PR some time ago, in which I suggested that /etc/daily be
configurable (from daily.conf) to either delete or not delete files in
/tmp.  I got an email response which said there was a serious security
problem with doing that.  When I asked what the problem was, I got
nothing.  Perhaps somebody here knows.  If so, would you be willing to
share the information?
