I'm trying to optimize my news system.. anything in the kernel I should UP
or add?  maxusers is at 128 and NMBCLUSTERS=2048.  It has 128MB RAM P90.
Overview is backed up all the time even though it's on it's on HD and
controller mounted as /var/news/spool/over.view.  System is running at
around 3.44 for load.
