Hi folks.

I've just commited bus.h'fied and split MB8696x based Ethernet driver.
ISA `fe' driver is now split into 2 ISA driver `ate' (for Allied
Telesis cards) and `fmv' (for Fujitsu FMV-180 series). And new driver
`mbe' (for generic MB8696x based card such as TDK LAK CD021BX pcmcia
lan card) is added.

BUT UNFORTUNATELY, `ATE' AND `FMV' DRIVERS ARE NOT TESTED, since there
was no way to do so.

The bus indepenent code are tested with the PCMCIA card mentioned
above on Toshiba Libretto 20, DEC HiNote UltraII and Sony VAIO 505.
But known to not work on DEC HiNote VP. On NEC mobio NX, it works
only if it is configured on startup.

enami.
