I can't set my
de0: DEC DE500-BA 21143 [10-100Mb/s] pass 3.0
to 100baseTX.
If I have it connected to a 100Mbit port at bootup, the
"100" LEDs are lit until the autoconfiguration finishes.
Then a "de0: enabling 10baseT port" appears and the
slow speed is used.
If I try to force the card to 100baseTX by "ifconfig", no
link is established.

Known problem?

best regards
Matthias
